Who owns and operates Paramount Theatre (Seattle)?
The Paramount is the one Seattle Theatre Group venue where the company's own history records ownership: title passed from Ida Cole to Seattle Theatre Group in 2002, after a renovation that reopened the theatre in March 1995. That is the company's account, recorded at year precision; no deed was reviewed.
STG also operates the building, so ownership and operation sit with the same organisation here — unlike the Neptune, which it leases, and the Moore, which it operates without a recorded ownership claim. Current capacity is not recorded; historical ticket counts are not seat figures.
