Who owns and operates Charleston Music Hall?
The 1995 date is when the hall was established as a performance venue, not when the building was constructed. National Shows 2 lists it among its exclusively booked rooms, and current calendar listings link to Ticketmaster.
Some listings also name Emporium as a co-presenter. A co-presenter credit on a show is not evidence of building ownership, and no owner is recorded here.
