Fever

Fever operates a discovery and ticketing platform alongside tools marketed to event organizers for distribution, operations and reporting. Its public terms identify Fever Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices in New York, as the platform provider. Fever announced its acquisition of DICE on June 5, 2025; the announcement did not disclose the purchase price. The companies’ June 2026 update described the continuing combination while preserving DICE as a distinct music-facing product.
