The company lists three Charlottesville venues: the Jefferson Theater, a 1912 theater on the Downtown Mall; Ting Pavilion, an open-air amphitheater with a lawn and a published capacity of 4,000; and The Southern Cafe & Music Hall, an underground club on the same mall. They comprise a historic indoor theater, an open-air pavilion and a club. See the regional promoter comparison.
"Independently owned and operated" is the company's own description. It is recorded as a company statement, not as a verified capital table, and the venue list is recorded as a portfolio listing rather than as proof of legal title or a specific operating agreement for each building. The site's past-events list includes appearances at large festivals; those are past engagements, not current subsidiaries.
Ticket sales are separate again: each of the three venues currently routes purchases through Ticketmaster, which the venue exclusivity analysis treats as a channel relationship rather than an ownership one.
