This page publishes the segment's eligibility rule and boundary. No sub-index level, constituent list or weight is reported, because none has been measured.
Why this segment exists
Video is the fastest-growing production line item in arena and stadium touring, and increasingly in mid-size rooms. A tour that would once have carried a lighting rig now carries a screen package, and the cost of that package is a rising share of the production budget. The segment therefore captures a structural shift in how live shows are staged, not only cyclical volume.
The same suppliers sell into corporate, sports and permanent-installation markets, so exposure measurement in this segment depends heavily on whether live and touring revenue is separately disclosed.
Eligibility
A company is assigned here when all hold
- The company manufactures, integrates or rents large-format LED, video or projection systems used in live performance.
- Live-event revenue is disclosed separately from installed signage, broadcast or corporate display business.
Outside the boundary
- Consumer display manufacture is excluded.
- Digital out-of-home advertising networks are excluded unless live-event revenue is disclosed.
Qualifying activities
- Touring LED wall supply and integration
- Projection systems for live performance
- Screen content playback and media servers
Constituents
None. A company is listed here only once its live-revenue exposure has been measured from a primary document and the index has been released. Candidate records held to prove the record schema are withheld from publication and are not named on this page.
