This page publishes the segment's eligibility rule and boundary. No sub-index level, constituent list or weight is reported, because none has been measured.
Why this segment exists
Festival streams, concert films, brand activations and event sponsorship are live-derived revenue that never appears in a ticket count. A media company that pays for festival rights is exposed to whether the festival happens, but not to whether it sells out.
The segment is the loosest of the eight and is therefore the most tightly capped. It exists so that live-derived media revenue is recorded somewhere rather than being silently attributed to promotion, and its constituents enter at their live-attributable portion only.
Eligibility
A company is assigned here when all hold
- The company discloses revenue from live-event broadcast rights, event streaming, event sponsorship or live content production.
- That revenue is separable from general advertising, subscription or catalogue content income.
Outside the boundary
- General streaming subscription businesses are excluded.
- Advertising agencies without disclosed live-event revenue are excluded.
Qualifying activities
- Festival and concert broadcast or streaming rights
- Live-event sponsorship sales
- Concert film and live content production
Constituents
None. A company is listed here only once its live-revenue exposure has been measured from a primary document and the index has been released. Candidate records held to prove the record schema are withheld from publication and are not named on this page.
